School events bring learning to life and help shape Dunedoo Central School's culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week

Term 3

Book Week is a special time at Dunedoo Central School where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week, including visits to the town library, a book parade and sharing lunch with family and friends.

Open Day

Term 3, as part of Education Week

School Open Day is an opportunity for students, parents and carers to get to know our school. We host an Education Week Assembly, a tour of our school and its facilities, and enjoy lunch on the lawn.

P&C meetings

Every third Thursday of the month, from 6.30pm

Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held every third Thursday of the month from 6.30pm at the Dunedoo Sports Club. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.

Art 4 Youth

One of 4 Whole School Staffing Days held each year

Our Art 4 Youth Day gives students the opportunity to stretch their creative wings across several mediums during a highly anticipated day. Local artists volunteer to run workshops to give students exposure to art in various forms, and projects from silk scarves to stamped leather tags are treasured keepsakes.
